Fibre upgrade scheduled 19/02, Plus One hub not yet ordered?

I ordered upgrade to Unlimited Fibre Extra last Friday 12 Feb.
Scheduled to be live this Friday 19 Feb (according to Service Notice #260858400).
Haven't received the Plus One Hub yet. Order status on the Member Centre shows 'Hardware Dispatch Pending' and 'The order has not yet been placed'.
Should I assume it will arrive anyway?

It looks like the date for the fibre upgrade has been pushed back to the 3rd unfortunately.
You should have the router in the next few days

"Pushed Back" you say Matthew, is that Plusnet speak for yet another failed fibre order by chance?Huh

Nope.
The order was accepted, but over the weekend it was pushed back to the 3rd without any interaction from us. This happens based on resource for the cab work unfortunately.

.... and I had an email this morning confirming my fibre upgrade is complete  Sad
But no Plus One hub yet.

The order is not due to complete until the 3rd, so the router not arriving isn't something to worry about.
Unfortunately it appears that the account change on our side has happened on the original date of the order, not the new one.
You won't be billed for your fibre service until after it's activated, so don't worry about that.

The router arrived in the lunch time post, so I activated it before seeing your post.
Shall I leave it running, or revert to the old Technicolour box?
