Fibre upgrade router not arrived

Hi, im due to go over to fibre broadband tommorow 4th september but i have not recieved my router yet will this arrive on the day? Thanks

Hello there.

From looking at your account we can see that your fibre upgrade has been delayed to the 11th due to engineer availability in your area. Apologies that this wasn't comm'd out to you and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We'd automatically send your router 48 hours before the activation but seeing as I'm here I've placed the order for you now so you should receive it shortly.
