Fibre upgrade processing

I recently opted to upgrade to plusnet fibre optic broadband, at the time I ordered the upgrade the go live date given was 09/08, however with the supposed live date being tomorrow and no router or appointment for an engineer I checked on the order status to find that the order for the router has not been placed; is there an issue with the order?

Although the 9th was the date we requested for the upgrade, unfortunately the earliest availability is the 15th August. Your router is on the way, however no engineer will need to attend your premises.
