Fibre upgrade issues

My upgrade to Fibre Extra recently completed, however I was incorrectly provisioned onto 40/2 not 80/20. I have been informed that the necessary corrections were completed over night and I am now on 80/20 and to reset my router, however upon doing so I am still not getting anywhere near the speeds estimated when signing up.

 

Details are:

 

From Plusnet:

Current line speed:
38.6 Mb

 

From BT Wholesale:

 

Download speed achieved during the test was - 38.08 Mbps

Upload speed achieved during the test was - 10.98Mbps

Are there further corrections needed to be made or is this simply something that will work itself out over the next few days?

Have just rebooted - not much change.

 

From router:

Downstream: 47.62 Mbps
Upstream: 12.77 Mbps

 

From BT Speedtest:

Download speed achieved during the test was - 47.7 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 33.04 Mbps-47.2 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 47.2 Mbps

Upload speed achieved during the test was - 11.15Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps
