Fibre upgrade completed, but speed still as before

Hi,   I see that my upgrades from ADSL2+ to fibre completed today as expected.  However I did get a note from PlusNet last week to say this had happened but it had not.

What I see now is the router is reporting VDSL2 and is in sync at 32.4 Mb/s  however I am getting around 12 Mb/s speeds, and when I look at https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed   I see this is reporting a line speed of 12.9 Mb/s which is not right, but that is what it was before the fibre upgrade.

I have seen other reports where some automated task fails.  Could you help to reset the line speed to match the sync speed please?

I've sorted that out for you now, you'll probably need to disconnect/reconnect once and then you should be good to go.
