I've been a PlusNet customer since 2004.
At the start of June I ordered an upgrade from ADSL to fibre (and have been paying for it ever since)
I've then been through multiple order cancel/re-order cycles with the blame always placed on 'our supplier'
I called PlusNet support today and was told that the issue was that I was an existing PlusNet ADSL customer and the previous orders were for new customers .... !!!
Is it just me or does this sound like [-Censored-]!!

It was obviously hopelessly optimistic to think anything would change ...
"Your order has been delayed with Openreach. In order to resolve this a Bridge Case has been raised and escalated to level 1. The review date is 25/08/17. "
Doesn't anyone at PlusNet care this has been going on for for 3 months?
