Fibre upgrade but no speed increase

Hello
I had my fibre upgrade installed yesterday. However I am having no increase in speed apart from my upload speed which is more than twice as fast as my download speed. A speed test this morning shows my download speed as 5.69Mbps and upload speed as 17.mbps.
Could someone have a look at my account and see if anything can be adjusted,

Did you check ping?

Ping is 25ms

Maybe try to keep your router online for 24h and after check, maybe need sync. In the router you can check line speed and real peed how much you getting. Or line exchange is far from your house. Before i was with sky on the plans show i can get 10mb/s real i get 3-4mb/s after i check where is exchange. It was 5 miles from my house...

Hi,
Everything looks fine from our side, the speed profile is correct and the account is set as a fibre account. Can you log in to the router and try a single disconnect/reconnect and let me know if the speed improves?
