Hi @EmilyD,

As we are no longer allowed to see the PN profile in the member centre and I have a static IP, can I please ask if my PN profile is aligned with my lines IP profile?

If the PN profile is below the IP profile could it please be raised?

I will drop the PPP session once I know the PN profile is aligned with the IP profile.

Hi there @RichardB

 

I've adjusted your account connection profile to match your sync profile of 66.5Mbps.

You'll just need to reboot your router for this to apply. Smiley
