Fibre stuck at 40mb/2mb

Hi,
I've recently moved house and after 3 weeks Fibre is now enabled at my new home.  However, I'm paying for (and want) the 80mb/20mb Fibre extra package, but my line appears to be capped at 40mb/2mb:

Is there any way this can be sorted?  I know it's better that the 3mb I was stuck with when my Fibre was first activated until I spent over 2 hours on the phone to plusnet, but I really do want the 80mb I had in my previous home.

I've placed a order to change this which will complete tomorrow.
