Fibre still not working, Question #164813017

My fibre went down Xmas eve, I called up, on 28th you said you'd fixed it, but I've still not got a connection. on the 29th I wrote on the ticket number to say it's still broken, no reply or acknowledgment. Please fix it, I've tried 2 routers so please don't say my equipment is faulty. I changed my access PW just in case I'd got that wrong.

I have the same issue since last Thursday - router not authenicating, tried two other routers, still no luck. Did Plusnet ever find out what the problem was with your connection?

Awaiting a visit from an engineer, god knows when that’ll be though. I’ve given 3 available dates and not heard anything back to confirm a date yet, and today was one of the dates I selected. Wish me luck eh!

I also agree that the ticketing system doesn't work from a user perspective - I two reply/leave extra info and do not receive a reply back.
