Fibre speeds haven't updated

Long story short:

I was on Unlimited Fibre Extra, was downgraded to Unlimited Fibre by mistake, was put back onto Unlimited Fibre Extra but the speeds haven't been updated.

My line CAN handle the extra speed as it has been doing for 2 years (70mb). But now it's stalling at 36-38mb which is frustrating. I checked these results on the BTW Performance Test. Attachment shows the results.

Can one of the agents please bump it back up to the proper speeds?

Sorry to hear you're having speed issues.

 

Testing your line is showing your router in sync at 40/2.

Sync Status In Sync
Downstream Speed 40.0 Mbps
Upstream Speed 2.0 Mbps

 

It looks like it's not a profile issue on your account. The provisioned product with our suppliers hasn't been changed.

I've now placed an order to modify your service, which should complete tomorrow.
