Fibre speeds dropped, new install

My Fibre went live on Friday, and on the first day it measured as:

But it only lasted for about a day, and since then has been at:

Your speeds haven't dropped well the sync hasn't infact it's increased your Profile is 77.34Mb, I would test with an another tester the BTW one has it's issues and very rarely gives a proper result these days.

Been testing each night with Speedtest.net, get the same results

OK are you testing over a wired or wireless connection, if it's wireless can you try a wired connection.

If it's a wired connection then it could be that the profile on Plusnets end isn't set correctly and would need adjusting.

Wired, I definitely think theres something odd going on on PLusnets side, since its been steadily at around 22mbps

Hi there.

Our tests aren't showing any issues. Are you able to replicate the problem using a different device?

Failing that I'd report a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net so we can pass this on to our suppliers for further investigation.

Well I have been testing all night, and noticed I was getting full speed over Wifi, so I swapped out the cables between devices and the speed has gone back up. So looks like a hardware issue on my end, thanks anyway
