Fibre speeds dropped dramatically

My speeds seemed to have dropped dramatically from about 50mb+ down and 16mb+ up to 25mb down and 4.39mb up
Plusnet TV keeps popping up that the speed is affecting the channels
Can someone have a look at my connection or is this down to work being done ?

Wired connection also sometimes not resolving sites although still showing as connected give it couple of mins and it works again

I had the same thing happen to me a couple of times when I was on BT, it needed a reset of something in the cabinet or exchange, best to get it  reported as a fault.

Our tests are showing your sync speed has dropped but it's not showing a cause.
I'd recommend raising it to our Faults team by going here

Speed seems to be getting worse I have raised a ticket 115372477  but no reply yet

Anyone ? Speed is still poor
Also does anyone else have there speed drop about 10mb since adding Plusnet TV ?

Which gateway
You are currently connected to gateway pcl-ag07.
This is located in City Lifeline House.
anyone else have poor speeds on this gateway

Here's hoping the BT guy shows up today so not a half day holiday wasted
Do BT pay us if they don't show ?

16:35 and no sign of BT yet I don't have a good feeling about them appearing

As expected 6pm and no show from the BT engineer so half day holiday wasted waiting in for them
Maybe customers should be given £50 from BT everytime they don't show up the same as they want to charge if the fault is our side

The Chat window will not show up if you use any Ad blocking /Pop Up blocking software in your browser.
Also please read this link to see your legal rights http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/delivery-rights#extra , especially section 8. It does apply to Plusnet (and all utilities) not just delivery companies.

Eventually got in on chat but they can't really tell you much as they say it needs to be the faults team so a bit pointless
No desire to sit on hold on the phone to be told the same thing
I'm sure these forums used to have more staff presence on them
So started off about 60mb+ down and 1mb+ up when i got it and now less 20mb down and less than 3mb up
Also seemed to lose about 10mb of my download speed when i signed up for Plusnet TV
