Fibre speeds decreased since line fault fixed

Hi there,

I recently had an issue with my fibre at the cabinet which was sorted. Before the fault I was synching around 70 megabits/s download. Since having the problem fixed, my download speeds are 1/3 of the speed and now only getting around 20 megabits/s download speed. Is there anyway maybe my ine profile has been changed or something. I really want these speeds back as I am paying for them. Please somebody help.

Is the ticket still open on your (previous) fault? If so, use it to tell Plusnet that there is still a problem by adding a comment to it. Otherwise, I would raise a new online fault https://portal.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults
