Fibre speeds below minimum speed

• Estimated Download Range: 60 - 72Mbps
• Estimated Upload Range: 16 - 17Mbps
• Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 55.4Mbps
• Current Line Speed (Download): 60.6Mbps

I've had plusnet for maybe 3 months now, speeds were all good but in the last two weeks its been getting slower and slower.

Speedtests are consistently giving speeds of 20-25mbps, what gives? Surely this is a breach of contract.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the speed of the connection.

I've tested your line and I can't see any issues remotely.

Can you confirm if you've tested your speeds over a wired or wireless connection?
