Had the email a couple of days back saying the product change had happened. Today the new router came, which I have set up. The only problem is I'm getting the exact same speeds as I was on the standard broadband.
Just wondering is this normal? Does it take a while to kick in etc?

Sorry about the delayed response to your message.
It seems our systems swapped the profile to Fibre based on the date we had requested the Fibre to be active, but this date was moved to the 14th(this coming Tuesday) due to the availability of engineers, our side didn't update with this date however hence the confusing messages.
On tuesday you will get the expected speed once the engineer has done his work at the cabinet
