Very poor and unreliable speeds at present (Wrexham). This is most unusual as it is normally very reliable at 36Mb/s. Any universal problems or is just local?

Ours has been about the same for a week now. Usually around 36Mb/s now anywhere between 0.50Mb/s and 4Mb/s when it slows down. We are in Burgess Hill.

Much more stable now and for the last hour, normal 36Mb/s. Lets hope it was just a "bad patch" !
