What is going on? my unlimited fibre speed has dropped to only around 24-27mbps when I was getting 75mb, has this been deliberately dropped because of the corona virus or more people online?
This is not what I’m paying for. Customer services are not there as it seems they are all at home and nobody in the call centre, if this is a Covid-19 issue then at least we should be told about it.
You're still syncing at 80mbit which is all good.
It's likely that this is an internal issue. I know you've raised a fault report, but can you please try a wired connection for testing?
