Fibre speed way under guaranteed minimum

Hi, I have been with plus.net a while now, my contract is up for renewal in May.

The speed we are receiving is normally only 15mb, but I was told the minimum we would get is in the sixties?

I need this looking into as the current service is not adequate and was more reliable on standard broadband.

Any help appreciated.

If you pop your phone number into the DSL Checker  , post the results on here hiding your phone number,  people will be able to let you know what your line is capable of, and how it is doing at the moment

We currently have plus.net fibre extra. the minimum we are meant to get was 62 meg i think.

we only get about 15
