Fibre speed the same after upgrade

@MasterOfReality Just had the engineer call this afternoon with an update. Yesterday my speeds dropped to 14mb and the phone did not work after they were working on the cabinet. The engineer has returned today and 'put it back to where it was' and I am now sync'd at 34mb and the phone works again - The broadband speed is back to the original state before the fault was raised. He said that there is still a problem with the cabinet and he has logged a fault as the speeds that come out of it are slow (in his opinion) I thought they raised the same problem last Friday and yesterday's visit was to fixed the cabinet. Please can you keep chasing this up as he gave the impression that 'it is what it is', even though he said there is still a fault with the cabinet. He suspected that some boards needed replacing.
