Fibre speed stuck at 20mbps

Hi there
i was wondering if anyone could help, Im on 80/20 fibre with a static IP and my sync speed used to be over 50 to 60 down but recently ive noticed much slower download speeds where speed tests show 21mbps down but upload remaining acceptable 14 to 16mbps
Ive also also noticed that my IP Profile has been stuck to 40mbps according to the BT Report not the higher like it used to be.
Ive ran the BT diagnostics which i have attached below and have also read other posts where there is an issue regarding static IP accounts and profiles becoming stuck with profiles ?
Any help would be appreciated

I've tested your line and I can see that the upgrade on both our end and suppliers end has completed.
Our tests aren't picking up any causes for your speeds being below your minimum guaranteed speed.
Can you raise a fault by going here and then post back once you've done so?
This will allow us to get that picked up straight away for you

and indeed it is 36.9mbps was higher tho in the high 50s low 60s

- Estimated Download Range: 45 - 65Mbps
- Estimated Upload Range: 10 - 16Mbps
- Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 40Mbps
- Current Line Speed (Download): 36.8Mbps
Ill do the account trouble shooter soon and also ive attached a speed test from Speedtest
ive also checked all Network Cables again even tho they are all new cat 6a, Tested speeds using other computers and also via wifi with same result of low D/L speeds but normal Upload
