Fibre speed lot less than contract

My contract has a guaranteed minimum speed of 56mbps but the BT test is still showing only 36mbps so seems I am paying for another service that is not being delivered.

How do I get this sorted?

Test was done direct from the router with all other connections removed so would be a clean test.
