Fibre speed has dropped off a cliff this evening

I've rebooted my modem and router, no better - was wondering if there are outages or problems this evening

I usually get around 28mb
Better be working by 9am tomorrow, I have to order some tickets that'll sell out in seconds

Mine is the same, performance dropped from 40 odd to under 1, it's terrible

Mine varies between nothing and 3mb. Normally high 60's.
Sat on hold for an hour trying to speak to someone and gave up, cracking customer service!

I tried just after 9pm but the queue was already 30 minutes and I guessed they'd probably all go home before I got an answer
