Fibre speed fault - Open Question

I have two open questions at the moment.  One is that I am on the wrong fibre, but the other is more important and is a line speed fault.  The last update on the question says

"The Question 183032993 has been released from hold and sent back to CSC - FTTC Faults - Speed

Your fault Ticket has now been taken off hold. 

This has now been forwarded to the relevant support team. We will carry on investigating your problem and your open fault will be updated as soon as more information is available.

Ticket now off hold. Please action.

 

Is there anyway other than checking questions to get an update on this?  I have another question regarding my line that has not been updated since the 13th.

 

I will try and call again in the morning to get an update, but had no luck getting through on the phone or chat so far.

I've updated ticket 182606578 for you now, and you should see a response on ticket 183032993 shortly.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
