As you can see from the associated graph, from Samknows, my actual speed achieved was 60 - 65 Mbps.
The current speed has been throttled - please reset my profile to 65+ Mbps
Attached are graphs of the last 6 months speed monitoring,
Two BT screenshots which indicate that my profile has been limited to 59.3Mbps
Please fix this.

Do you have access to your modem stats?

Possibily, Plusnet are trying to shave off bandwidth in a cost cutting exercise...

It's not as simple as "resetting the profile" and the profile hasn't been limited to 59.3Mbps.
The IP profile is directly related to the current sync speed. It's not a banded speed AFAIK. So something has caused a drop in your sync speed.
See if you can identify which Type of Cabinet you are on.
What make of modem is it, and how long has it been on-line?
What's the results of pingtest.net? Also ping ntp.plus.net from a command prompt.
If you put your number into the DSL Checker it will tell you which Cabinet you are on (as well as your exchange which you know doubt know)..

That's all useful information.
I would appear to have a Huawei 96/128 FTTC cabinet - however the cabinet number is sprayed on the telephone cabinet (which is definitely 15+ years old); the nearby FTTC (maybe 5 years old) cabinet has no number.
However, it might have worn off as my Plusnet account says I've had fibre since 25/01/2010.
Never been this slow before.
I've attached the DSL checker display - which claims perfect speeds.

Note: these pings are over a power-plugs connection which has a 3 - 4ms latency; the speed tests are over a wired connection to my router.

Those two statements contradict each other. We cannot alter the sync or the profile on a Fibre connection, nor would we if we could.
Sync:
Downstream Speed 61.3 Mbps
Upstream Speed 20.0 Mbps

But apart from that, the Samknows results clearly show something isn't right. Even the sync speed is a good 10Mbps below the Range B Impacted estimates. The pings look fine.

If I add anything to it, I face a 3+ delay until it gets looked at.
So I thought I'd wait until 15th (that would be 6 days) before adding a stay alive message.
Interestingly enough, my current line speed which normally doesn't change from one month to the next has increased by a modest 4Mbps in the last couple of days.
Perhaps I should re-title the subject line to Fibre speed fallen by
"In The Beginning Was The Word, And The Word Was Aardvark."

Why? Tickets no longer go to the back of the queue if you add to them, that was fixed, remember.......then they got rid of tickets for most topics!
