Fibre speed down to 10Mbps last few days

Noticed a lot of buffering on youtube etc so have been doing speed tests and before they were consistently 35Mbps or above for almost 2 years with plusnet and 2 years before that with BT  its dropped considerably to 10Mbps.

And its around 10Mbps its pretty much on the dot consistently at 10Mbps on multiple speed check website. last test was 10.01Mbps so it seems to have synced at a lower speed or restricted to a lower speed.

What could be happening?

The could be a varierty of causes really could you please do the BTW Speedtest here then do the further diagnostics posting the results back here.

I can't see any obvious cause, your line did have a few disconnections last night but nothing too concerning.

Let us know when you've tried the BT Speedtest.
