Fibre speed down from 77 to 10,8 Mbps

My fibre plus speed yesterday (16th Sept 17) dropped from 77 Mbps to 10.8 Mbps the upload speed is 15.6 Mbps. It is is the same today. The router is a Hub One new in June 2016. These are taken on a pc connected directly to the Hub One.

Could PlusNet staff please check what is causing the problem.

You could have a look at the numerous other posts from people with similar issues. Seems its a nationwide problem affecting lots of other ISP's as well as PN. Most are back to normal now though.

I have now checked the speed after the post and it is now back to normal. Earlier today I made a similar post on PlusNet Feedback so it may have been fixed from there.
