Fibre speed down from 41 to 3

After the speed changes of 1st August I was getting a fairly steady 41 down and 9.5 up.  Since yesterday this has dropped to 3 down and 4 up.  I tried online chat but it's unavailable.  As I explained last time I had a speed problem (last month), I work from home and need a reliable connection.  I've done the BT tests, following all the rules and uploaded a jpg of the result.  Can somebody from Plusnet help?

I would phone Plusnet if I was you. There is only 1 member of Plusnet staff currently logged on to the forum and he is doing that  from home in his own time so I doubt anyone will come along soon.

Also the Chat system will not work if you have any ad blockers/javascript blocker/Ghostery add ons enabled.
