Fibre speed decreasing rapidly Question #114560328 refers

Just thought i'd ad here three weeks after install speed dropped from an all ready abysmal 7.4mbs to 5.9mbs at this rate in about a further three weeks i shall reach my previous ADSL speed of about 5.6mbs maximum.
My neighbour some 70m down the road is obtaining 15MBs - albeit on a 'Business' line.
So I'm paying a premium price for a non-premium service!

Sorry to hear about this, I can see from that ticket that we'd just need to arrange an engineer visit as the next step for you.
