You have been put on the (upto) 40Mbps download  - 2Mbps upload fibre service, what upload speed have you had previously and what product did you recontract to in August. Looks like something has changed.

AFAIK - all they were doing was renewing the existing contract - extending beyond the previous end-date next year & offering a discount for doing so.

I don't recall any mention of this product in particular. The upload speed is not a massive issue, but It would have been nice if they'd made it clear.

Edit; Previous upload was 3 to 3.15Mbps (at the end of August).
