Im noticing issues with my line..
especially during peak hours im only getting about 60-75% of my available bandwidth, full 40/10 sync (67/20 max) and 180-300Mbps 5Ghz 3x3 WiFi it usually maxes straight out to 38/9.5 with 15ms latency - but now its a slow crawl to 33 (max) and 8-9Mbps and latency is ok still, but in the evenings the download speed drops to 26-30Mbps - just seems like there 'some' light congestion on-going
location: NE17
just wondered if staff could request a check on peak time conditions on that location?
Im not fussing ...yet.. as I understand that these things happen but its best to let the ISP know before it gets out of control and you have the whole area phoning up
speedtest just now (off peak 11am) on TBB is poor but slightly better on speedtest.net but still not hitting the 38Mbps it usually gets to for 13 months now
thanks
