Fibre showing ? at cabinet on Openreach checker

Hi folks,
I was wondering if anyone here could provide any more insight into what is happening at my cabinet.
I live in a big town near Glasgow (Paisley) and near the centre of the town, about 1km from exchange. Most of the town is FTTC enabled and even the other end of my street is enabled and shows AO (accepting orders) on the BTO checker.
However, I cannot order fibre with any provider at the moment and sadly am not in a virgin media area (new build flats) the BT cabinet is just outside my flat, and when I enter my postcode (PA1 2JP) into http://www.superfast-openreach.co.uk/where-and-when/ it just shows a (?) and advises me to call my provider with my telephone number for more info. I have called both plusnet and BT retail who have checked on their systems and cant find any more info.
Is there any other tools I can use to check or can anyone help me? I only get a measly 8meg on ADSL.

BT Wholesale's order placement systems are tied in to this. So it dictates whether we can place an order for fibre or not. I've attached a screenshot of what is currently available to you. Unfortunately it's not looking good
