My fibre was active for around 10-15 minutes this morning and then back to nothing. What's going on?

Would you be able to check the speed for me? Just done a test and it's half what was quoted, thanks again.

PC is wired and laptop is obviously wireless, both showing the same speeds. It's not slow, just fiber at the lower rate... 38mb.

Test Outcome | Pass |
Test Outcome Code | GTC_FTTC_SERVICE_0001 |
Description | GEA service test completed and no fault found but unable to check for customer equipment connected to modem. |
Main Fault Location | OK |
Sync Status | In Sync |
Downstream Speed | 80.0 Mbps |
Upstream Speed | 20.0 Mbps |
The line is in sync at full 80/20 speeds and the profile looks ok from our side.
Can you run a BT Speedtest for me, ensuring you do the further diagnostics test after the first one completes. This stores the results on the supplier system and allows us to use this to report the fault.
