Hi When will plusnet start doing self install fibre. I already have a newish master socket with mk3 filter. My router is in a difficult place to get to.....ie my loft and it's difficult to get time off work. It all spells engineer disaster. This is what's stopping me from moving to fibre.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
