Fibre's off it seems...

Went off at about midnight last night, hasn't come back up, DSL light's not lit on the modem, I've restarted it and nothing changed, phoneline seems unaffected, can't seem to find anything relating to faults in the area... Huh
Have already raised a ticket (98177695), but thought I'd post here too to speed things up a bit...  Cool

Thanks, it's not the first issue with the account, that's for sure, I'm wondering if it had something to do with the associated phone number being changed from the wrong one (which Primus/TalkTalk wouldn't release) to the right one (as issued by Plusnet) the other day... Huh

The good news is that its not related to that.
The bad news is that the broadband has been ceased due to a mix up between accounts and automation.
I'm replacing the order and I'm going to get it expedited. I'll update this thread when I know more.

Don't worry I was at the beginning too!
I've replaced the order and I'm waiting for it to get to the right stage so I can expedite it.

Right I've expedited it to Monday morning. That's the earliest I can get and originally they were saying the 5th of February!

It's a good job I kept my mobile on Three's "The One Plan" with the no-longer-offered unlimited tethering then, going to need it over the weekend it seems... Shocked

I'm glad to see you're back online, that was quick!
The order is still open on Wholesale systems so I'll leave your ticket open with Matt so he can check on Monday that it gets closed correctly.  Apologies again for the inconvenience caused

There was a minor "wobbler" on Saturday, not sure what caused that though, but I'm putting it down to a gateway issue, the rest of the weekend, no problems with the fibre so everything's all ticketyboo... Smiley
