Fibre running at half the speed I was promised

Current speed is showing in member centre as 21Mb, I was promised 44Mbps. I have carried out all the checks in Plusnet Support, please fix this

Our tests aren't showing any particular cause for this.

If you can raise a fault here we can get that looked into.
