Fibre put in last week, and getting shocking results!

Hi I had Fibre broadband put in last week, and guy came put new socket on wall. but instead of the plusnet modems i should have had working, he had ran out on the van, so i recieved a BT Business Hub 5 modem for my broadband, and the speeed is [Censored]!  anyone else had this problem?  I'm getting 2.2-2.7mbs download and up to 6.7 upload....help!

Give me 5 minutes to run a line test, you may see your connection go offline briefly. If it doesn't come back on, log in to the homehub and hit connect.

I was hoping that would fix the speed issues you were seeing, how are they now?

Just done a test and im getting 26.31mbs and upload speed of 6.31 now

The 2.2-2.7 was the same speed you were previously getting on ADSL, so I was pretty sure that once you'd disconnected/reconnected (via me doing some intrusive tests) would push the new speed through.
