Fibre plus keeps slowing down

hi,

I have the top speed fibre and lately it has started getting slower and slower. If I switch off the router for a minute when it comes back it is full speed again. I thought that you should leave the router on all the time or you get problems?

Hi @Chrisvesey. I'm sorry to hear about this - we do recommend leaving the router on at all times but would recommend the occasional reset, especially if there are a lot of devices connected, to refresh the connection.
