Fibre package change issue? And fibre unlimited extra reviews?

Hi all,
About 2 days ago I changed from the 'Fibre unlimited' plan to the 'Fibre unlimited extra' plan. However, shortly after I got an email saying there was an issue with my order. Could somebody fill me in? I would also like to know what experience people with the 'extra' package have had with streaming to twitch.tv and other services like that.
This is what I got from DSL checker:
FTTC Range A (Clean) 73.8(D/H) 55.9(D/L) 20(U/H) 14.6(U/L)
FTTC Range B (Impacted) 56.6 (D/H) 30(D/L) 16.9(U/H) 6.8(U/L)

From your sig, you only have 35Mbs, so it is likely that PN have stopped your upgrade if your line is not capable of running higher speeds. However the DSL checker says your line is capable of higher speeds, so perhaps the way you are testing, your internal wiring, or something else is stopping you getting those higher speeds.
Have you looked at your router for your sync speeds?

Okay so I went into my router and realised I hadn't setup the DNS settings. Me being the lazy [EXPLETIVE] I am I didn't set it up. Could this be the issue?

Realized is American, realised is English, so without wishing to offend, DNS settings are just there to help you look up websites, some may be better/quicker than others. Have you used default settings, or specific ones?

If that was the case it wouldn't allow the option of an account change.
I'm taking a look to see what's going on.

I've placed the order manually and it's due for tomorrow. It didn't go through originally as the automated order tried to change something that isn't able to be changed on a modify order.
