Fibre order?

Can somebody clarify what is going on with my fibre order please?

1) Order tracker says I have no order in progress
2) First service notice says it will complete tomorrow
3) Second service notice says I've got an order to move to 21CN on 17th Nov.

Not seen any emails and no questions to suggest emails have been sent.

I've checked and it's due to complete on the 16th.

So all 3 of the messages around the activation date were wrong.
