Fibre order delayed

Hi.
We have been told that fibre was going to be installed on Thursday just yesterday.
Day comes and goes without fibre. Still 3mbps speeds.

So we contact customer services and we are told to wait until today. Just now I checked on speedtest.net and still the same speeds.

I'd assume we have to wait until later today, but I seriously cannot go today without fibre. Upload speeds can drop to 0.2MBps sometimes, and when trying to live stream between 2 people that just isn't going to cut it.

Bottom line: I'm gonna be really annoyed if fibre isn't in today. There is no reason to accept orders when BT haven't even checked if stuff is working yet.

Hi there.

Your fibre upgrade is still due to complete today but as a engineer needs to go to the cabinet to complete the work it can complete at any point during the day
