I thought it might be the cable so rushed to curry’s and bought a new one. It looks like it’s the box. The guy who fitted it taped it with double sided tape and its hanging off the wall with exposed wire. It took me the best part of 40 minutes to move two wardrobes so am hot and I would add that the Plusnet one router it total rubbish and had been from day one. I bought a very expensive Netgear router which I can’t use as have no actual internet to plug it into. Fed up is not the word. Need help.
