Fibre 'network boost' 40/20 to 55/10 - missed out?

Hello, My line seems to still be on a 40/20 rather than the new 55/10 which was supposed to be active on the 1st August.

Has there been a hold up or was my line just missed?

Down speed is usually 37.8 Mb/s and up is usually 6.6 Mb/s (measured using speedtest.net)

If that's all your line is capable of you won't see if difference on 55/10.

What are the sync speeds on your router?

Network BOOST   just marketing jargon for we cut your UPload speed , if your line is incapable of more speed you wont get any boost

Line attenuation 24.6 dB

My line rate is 37297 kbit/s

There may be some Interleaving because I know I can connect at 37.8 Mbps with an IP profile of 40 Mbps. At the moment my IP profile is sitting at 36.1 Mbps and apparently my IP is in Sheffield (I'm in the south east). When my line calms down again, I will take another look at the Attainable rate.

BTW Performance Test now correctly shows my Upload profile is set to 10Mbps after resetting the modem to get the stats (it showed 20Mbps up until now)

I thought that I would get a faster line because I was so close to the 40Mbps cap.

I know I have had an Attainable rate of 43204 kbps down before the 1st Aug and so thought that maybe my profile was capped at 40Mbps?
