Fibre issues: interference?
First off, I'm not a Plusnet customer (anymore), however, I was hoping I could get some advice on my fibre connection as from a technical point of view, the service is the same as what Plusnet would provide.
I've had fibre a few weeks and it's been quite disappointing. The connection is rather intermittent and it will randomly just pause at times. Because of this I started graphing my connection using Bald_Eagle1's programs.

From what I understand, this seems to indicate quite a bit of interference?
This would appear to be in-line with my SNRM graph, which looks quite horrible:
The connection at first synced at about 50Mb down but when the SNRM dropped hugely at one point, the connection dropped and since the highest sync we've been able to achieve is just under 40Mb. I don't think it is crosstalk as I am pretty sure there are only one or two lines on the cabinet (including mine) and it's a fairly rural area.
Any other graphs you'd like to see let me know but those seem to indicate the problem the best. What could be wrong (if anything)?
