Fibre installed last Wednesday - still 10mbps download

Is that to be expected? Upload is nearer 18 and has been since the install was completed

It won't if your account isn't updated - which I is what the problem is. I'm just trying to get this sorted now.

Please disconnect from the internet, reboot and you should have glorious fibre speeds.

Thanks Tony, seems to be hovering between 25-35 which is certainly a big improvement
