Hi, So finally had fibre enabled today - with engineer who supplied a modem which looks like it has been kicking around in his van for months (see photos - after I tried to clean it!)... He apologised - saying it was his last one and has had problems getting them. Well I suppose it works - for now... 😮 Andy
