Fibre installed - Speed profile nudge

Just had fibre installed, provisioned on the 80 / 20 package.
Please could my speed profile be adjusted accordingly?

Hi sp1ke,
Looks like the order hasn't closed off yet so this is probably why the profile hadn't bumped up yet.
I've manually changed this for you so hopefully you should see the increased speeds now.

Sorry for posting on your thread sp1ke,
i too have just had fibre installed but my speeds are still below 80/20. currently at 26/1.8. I contacted plusnet earlier to have my profile line speed changed from 7.1 to 78 but speed jump as not fully reflected that.

Unfortunately the agent who placed the order chose the wrong speeds. I've placed a order to sort this which will complete Monday.

thanks for sorting that. I was expecting it to start at 80/20 then over the next 10 days, adjust itself accordingly.
Shall i need to turn off my router and fiber box when i get home?

Nope it's all automatic in theory so you shouldn't have to do anything.

Thanks for that. Just got home and speeds are slightly higher on download but upload is still less than 2mb

Was fast, now this.

The profiles still correct so not sure why that's happened.
Was that over wired or wireless?

This was a wired connection.
Seems to be fine in the morning but as the day goes on it gets worse. Been the same for a few days

just got home and done a speedtest

done again on the same server as previous tests

This is a bit of a joke.
