Fibre install ....proceeding ok or not?

Hi there, just a quick question but first some background.
1. Applied for phone and fibre BB on 26/10/15 for service to start 09/11/15
2. Router has turned up
3. Phone confirmed as set up on 09/11/15
I have not heard anything about the fibre service (other than BT promptly discontinuing my service with them).
I have looked on the order status which seems to be stuck on:-

Checking your line

We're running the final checks on your telephone line before submitting your order.

When am I actually likely to hear anything as the service is not up and running yet and no communication from Plusnet at all about this aspect of the service.

Not to worry - spoke to friendly guy on webchat who rectified the issue.
Bug in the system which was holding everything up and now sorted. Yay  Smiley
Apart from the initial wait, that was quick easy and painless.
