Fibre install day one... perfect speed - day two... adsl speed!

Hi there

I had my ADSL line upgraded to the top fibre package yesterday with perfect speeds. Before I was getting 10mbps down, after the upgrade I got 69-70mbps down... brilliant!

However, just over 30 mins ago my internet cut out. So I restarted the router and I am now getting 13mbps down. That is one hell of a drop!

I ran the BT test and I have supplied the router stats as attached.

Hope you can help... I don't want to restart my router too many times unless I have to.

It looks like the profile on our end updated to your old ADSL speeds.

I've changed it to the correct one and dropped your connection so it should be higher.
