Hi, Would it be possible for any the PN staff to check over my account as to whether the install for my fibre upgrade is confirmed for 2nd June, PM appointment? I've not had any actual confirmation of this other than the initial email from cust. options stating the date I requested Would be good to have this confirmed as for taking time off work and not have to face another no-show openreach engineer that I've had previously Live chat advised I call through as he was unable to check but I'm not too keen to sit on hold at this time of evening Cheers Martin
I can confirm your appointment is booked in for 02/06/15 between 1pm and 6pm. Not sure why further confirmation of the appointment didn't come through though. I'll make sure that's flagged up to the right people.
